Refund Policy

SnapServe follows a transparent refund policy based on the selected payment
method and service status.
Wallet Payments
Users may add money to the SnapServe Wallet in advance. Wallet balance can be
used to pay for services.
- If a service is cancelled before processing, the amount will be refunded
to the SnapServe Wallet.
- If a service is not delivered or fails due to SnapServe, the refund will be
credited back to the SnapServe Wallet.
- Wallet refunds are usually processed within 24–48 hours.
UPI / Pay on Delivery
If the user selects UPI payment, payment is collected at the time of service
delivery.
- No advance payment is taken for UPI on delivery.
- If the service is cancelled before delivery, no payment is required.
- Refunds are not applicable for cancelled orders where payment was not made.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Service already completed successfully
- Incorrect details provided by the user
- User unavailable at the time of delivery
